HOST Large Heated Banqueting Cabinet

The HOST Large Heated Banquet Cabinet is the perfect solution for holding vast quantities of cooked food whilst maintaining their temperature. The adjustable anti-tilt tray slides can hold 16 x 2/1 gastronorm pans (not included) or alternatively shallow pans can be used to hold plated meals. To ensure the food is kept at the required temperature there is a user-friendly control panel to set the temperature, this can range from 70°C to 82°C. In addition to this there is the 75mm insulation that retains cabinet temperature for longer and the circulation fans ensure even temperatures and fast warm-up.

The self-closing, lockable doors ensure heat is retained to save energy and maintain a constant temperature whilst also keeping the content secure. The heated banquet trolley is designed for easy use, the door has a built-in handle and over 90° opening for easy loading and unloading and the swivel and braked castors allow for easy manoeuvring. The rounded internal corners and removable drip tray make light work of the cleaning, whilst the 304 stainless steel interior and exterior is durable and reliable. There is also an automatic reset cut-out switch that prevents overheating.
