The HOST Double Tank Fryer is a great lightweight and portable option for countertop frying. With two baskets and independent temperature controls allows you to cook multiple dishes with no cross-contamination.
With a large 2 x 3.5 Litre capacity and a temperature range of 130°C to 190°C, enabling you to serve a variety of your favourite dishes with ease, ideal for light duty use. Constructed from sturdy stainless steel, this fryer is robust and reliable, and is easy to disassemble for fast cleaning.
The double tank fryer includes two strong baskets with ergonomic heat-resistant handles, top-mounted manual temperature control, non-slip feet and side carrying handles to ensure user safety and makes it easy to move around the kitchen. The thermal safety cut-out feature prevents oil burning and it also comes with two lids to prevent oil contamination, prolonging the longevity of the fryer.
